Sadly, a misunderstanding of Christian ideas makes the problem worse rather than better. How do Christians understand Scripture and Anxiety?

Dale, an elder at Woodbury and licensed family therapist, is addressing myths/stigmas related to mental health and faith. With his church/faith/therapy experience, he’ll be able to talk about where the two intersect, and some of the unhelpful ideas Christians have about mental health.
