What if, instead of doing the things God has commanded us to do, we instead did the things that we wanted to do? What if the rules we followed were not the ones God intended, but rather rules we made up? What if we went to God, praying about our righteousness with regard to those rules, when all along we have been ignoring the rules God gave us?
